Very bad service, not client oriented. Totally disappointed! The air conditions don’t work properly. Travel in summer is a nightmare.
PRO: We had the 1 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor, for 1 night, while in transit to Romania. The place was clean and spacious, with nice light from the large windows. To our understanding, all apartments face the boulevard, which is very crowded during the day, making a lot of noise. It's less traffic during the night, but still could hear the cars, buses, trucka and motorcycles passing, and some people speaking down the road, even with the windows closed. I would highly recommend bringing earplugs if you want to rest. The room had a nice design. There was air conditioning and TV in each room. The bed was comfortable, and the extended sofa was large and good enough for 2 average people.
The reception staff was friendly and speaking satisfactory English. There is plenty of parking space in front of the hotel, right in front of their ground-floor bakery and restaurant. The neighbourhood is rahter new, quite safe, lots of new residential buildings are being built in the area. Lots of restaurants to choose from. We had breakfast included. It's not a buffet - you have a number of combo options to choose from, which are not that well balanced from a quantity perspective, considering they have the same price (one option brought us one small croissant with one slice of cheese and one of ham and few pieces of cucumber, while another option brought egg, ham, tomatoes, cucumber, butter, toast, jam). Breakfast coffee was good. The staff serving breakfast did not speak English. I wouldn't choose to have breakfast included, unless you are in a hurry and want a quick early bite before going back on the road.
The kitchenette is cute, but empty, it doesn't come with anything you would need to prepare a meal, not even breakfast. There were 3 cups, 3 glasses, 2 plates and basic cuttlery (fork & knife) for 2 people. Might have been bought by previous guests. You have electric stove, microwave, a loundry washing machine. Haven't used any.
CON: Heavy noise from the main boulevard even with windows closed - bring your earplugs to rest during the night.
Kitchenette is not equipped for its purpose.
Towels - although clean, they were worn-out, some had small broken areas.
The pillows deserve 1 star: we had 1 per person, and different types - one was of a rock-hard sponge and impossible to fit under your neck, gave up on it, the other two were also poor quality, but at least usable.
Very clean and cozy. Apartment doors and card locks are great and really safe. Every room have a TV. It’s a lot of free parking space around.
Very nice hotel for the price. The people working there were all very polite and smiling. We had a wonderful time and will visjt again.
Nice and new hotel. We were there only one night. We’ve had little bad experience on the check in, because the pictures on the reservation itself and the room we get wasn’t the same. On the reservation was written that we have studio with one bedroom and one living room, but they give us small room max 15m2.
The reception guy told us that the pictures on booking.com are from the better rooms, because their sales is bigger like that.
Without this unpleasant expirience everything else was good.
Great hotel with very spacious rooms. Great restaurant and patisserie in the same building are advantages. Lots of free parking space.
Wish staff has a better English knowledge.
